Idag blev det en av mina personliga favoriter. Lax med pesto och potatis (pasta är godare)
Eller som Gordon Ramsey skulle sagt i The F word:
"Now I want to show you a simple dish that is easy and very quick to make. Boil the potatoes, put the pesto on top of the salmon - in the oven for 15 minutes. Slice the tomatoes. Prep the plate, press a lemon on top"
"Salmon with pesto, potatoes and tomatoes with a twist of lemon - DONE!"
Ja, något sånt skulle han nog ha sagt. Men vad vet jag egentligen, Gordon känner mig mycket bättre än vad jag känner honom.
